Orangey yellow

Hoverfly feasting on the nectar of a freshly opened Californian poppy. It's very humid and rather stuffy after a  night of thunderstorms and massive rain, but still quite warm. We had a Father's Day gathering and a steamboat meal at home tonight. Jack is now very mobile horizontally, crawling slowly but moving in every direction. It's incredible how quickly babies learn and adapt !
