First go for Mr B’s birthday port glasses. We are out of port, but a 1974 Rivesaltes subbed in nicely!

Odd weather day, but blissfully cool this morning. Post port, Sunday dinner prep with a very helpful CarbBoy, who is now officially best mash-maker. The Yorkshire’s were pretty fine too.

Earlier there had been work, but not too much, and a brief midday deluge spared me from garden watering for another day!
