And I have walked 500 more. They say a pair of walking shoes will last 500 miles, though given that most of my walking has been on soft terrain I've probably done more than that. And this is the second pair I've gone through

Since it has nearly all been with dogs in the woods, and every time a sniffathon at their speed, that's an awful lot of dog hours in awfully good company..

And it's dog walks no more. I still need new shoes though, even if I'm walking on my own.
