Stink Horn

Every year I get these in the yard, I know I've blipped them before.  They don't last very long, just a few days.  I can always smell them before I see them, while they do smell l bit like mushrooms it's more pungent.  My brother told me at one time they smell like mushrooms that have been sautéed, I wouldn't put it in that category.  I like the smell of sautéed mushrooms, these not so much.  They apparently are not poisonous and the dogs leave them along.  Flies think they are wonderful and the mushrooms are often covered with more then one or two.

I meant to get a bit more yard work done today, yeah that didn't happen but I had a great nap on the floor with the puppies!
