It rained heavily overnight but has not rained during the day and has been a very pleasant summers day.  

We had to wait home for a delivery, so couldn't go far, but we did pass these horses in the field of buttercups.  They paid no notice at all to us, I couldn't entice them to lift their heads. 

The longest day of the year, celebrate the light!
