X-Box and a Film.....

We are watching a film tonight on the X-Box through a flash drive that is plugged in to the front, if you were to tell me 10 years ago that you could fit a film onto a memory stick and plug it into a box that is connected to TV and watch it on a 42" screen, I would not have believe it, it would have been science fiction.
But here we are now doing it.

The doctor has now stopped my Blood Pressure tablets for good and halved my Cholesterol tablets so in three months I should be off all medication for good, now that is a good thing to have, and it is all down to losing 7 stone 2 pound (45.4kg or 100lbs).
