Now out in our garden
I strained my back this morning just lifting a quilt, must have just lifted it the wrong way.
We said out goodbyes to our friends and were home soon after 11am.
Unpacked the car and caravan and had a bit of lunch.
This afternoon I did the essential watering and thats about it, trying to rest my back.
I have booked in to the physio for tomorrow.
Bit more rain this afternoon and a lot cooler
