"Summer" solstice sunrise

One for the early birds!  Just after 05:00 and only about 10 minutes before the grey returned.  I was thankful to see it, although it was so cool and grey here I can't really say it feels anything like summer.

I'm doing OK, took it easy and just planted some lavender in the front garden and hollyhocks in the back garden.

I attended a free webinar on communication in dementia this morning, two hours of presentations from various medics and researchers which was really useful, and then this afternoon I had a one hour taster session for the mindful life course.
