Dried mud

Cracked mud down at Skinflats seashore. A nice walk on Fathers day after a hearty breakfast.  I expect rain and a high tide may make this smooth once more. Spotted some marsh samphire starting to appear in lots of places so may harvest a small amount in a few weeks and try in a salad or boiled and have with some melted butter.
