Summer Solstice.

The first day of summer and we have had the heating on. Rained most of the day and we had our winter coats on this afternoon taking the doggies out.

I had such plans for the garden today. I still have the pots that had the spring bulbs in to plant up with summer annuals but the weather put paid to that.  I just managed to go out and find something to blip. Calendula Sunset Buff, just one of the five varieties I have grown from seed.
