Monsoon

I had an easy work from home day as I had to attend an online meeting. Once done I was free of work.
I get a day back too. Result.
An overcast day so I gambled on cycling over to play football.

Almost as soon as I set off it rained so much I couldn’t even see.
I just kept going and hoped for the best.

We decided to play as we had made the effort to get there. I played well and then a few of us went to the pub afterwards. I only stayed for one as I was soaked and cold.
