Another Day

Long Beach

We were up early this morning to check whether we had a colourful sunrise - but no luck today.
Instead we went for a walk along the Warrington Beach to the spit, and then back along the estuary.
The tide was out, so there were very few birds for us to photograph, but we did see oyster catchers, terns, seagulls and shags.
An interesting walk which gave us fresh air and exercise.
In the afternoon we explored some of the beaches on the peninsula. This sand castle had been built on Long Beach.
The dark clouds up in the hills looked like rain, but we did not see any.
Great day out, but not very productive photography wise.
