The artist at work!

Not really. The artist pretending to play his guitar. I can’t recall if I mentioned this before, but I started writing a novel a while ago and then hit the buffers. It’s surrealistic and comedic, which makes it hard to write. If you are writing any kind of comedy, unless you are Billy Connelly, it is not easy. I went back to it today and got it going again, feeling that it still has legs. It’s going to take a long time. I complained to my writing mentor that this was hard work. ‘So it should be,’ he said. But he also told me I was writing an ‘epidodic mosaic novel,’ which I rather like the sound of. He thinks it is more than publishable.
