messing about on the water....

sunshine! no rain! joy!!

Been feeling rough today as I think I've overdone things.  Did manage to get to Old Leigh with my parents for a short walk to try and clear the cobwebs and it worked for a while, but soon felt crappy again so had to cut short the visit.

But it was still nice to be out, and enjoyed watching the local yacht club having a get together.  Perfect sailing conditions and they drew quite a crowd on the beach watching their endeavours!

Taking it easy for the rest of the day now so have an audiobook on - Mythos by Stephen Fry - and fingers crossed I start feeling better soon!
