Downtown Dounby

As a scoop this Blip features two buildings I have never Blipped before.  However it obviously doesn’t help lighten up another turgid Blip.  A rare outing to the interior saw us in Dounby, from where it is impossible to see the sea.  The best advice is ‘don’t make eye contact’.  It would be possible to see the sea if you built a tower.  However said tower would have to be advertised under the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (As amended).  Also as part of the Town and Country (Developmental Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 – Notice Under Regulation 20.  As you all knew anyway.  Hence why there are no sea seeing towers in Dounby.

Congratulations curlynn as the only Blipper to spot yesterday that elbows are fixed in Pittsburgh and not Antwerp.  Speaking of twerps…….
