An outing

Teach and I decided to have a coffee at our favourite coffee place. I managed to crutch down half of my steps and bum shuffle the other half. Thankfully it was a fine day! Coffee over we went for a drive up the coast. It was so nice to get out of the house for a couple of hours. Home again and I crutches up half of the steps and bum shuffle the other half. Needless to say I was exhausted when I finally got back into my chair!
