Purple Ipê

A cold early morning, 11. C, so we left home for a walk around 11AM.
This time we found just this ipê, not in full bloom yet.
It looks that 20 miilion doses of vaccines from India would be purchased with a price 4 times more expansive than rhe regular price, Mr President was warned and haven't done anything. Let's see what happens...
