Busy day

Up at 6:30, out for an hours walk with the dogs. Lovely this morning, weather good but they were both in sniffing mode ….. takes so long. :)

Dropped in to slimming group - half pound off - back home and went out for a half hour bike ride. :)

Late morning we went over to our daughter and son-in-laws, invited for lunch. After lunch, our daughter and son-in-law went out for some “child-free time” whilst hubby and I grandchildren sat. Out in the garden, they played well, chasing each other. Lots of giggles. :)

Stay for take away tea, the. Back home :)
