Promises

Promise of a “beautiful” lifestyle if you can afford the $1-$3 million dollar prices for beachfront apartments/residences. The developments are proliferating 1km from my house on the last beachfront site in this area. I have been able to monitor the changes during my regular beach walks. Real Estate prices (especially close to the beach) on the Sunshine Coast have exploded like many places around the world.
