'Old Fashioned'.......!

Bread and Butter Pudding...........!!But a 'Posh' one......!
I've been craving the taste of bread and butter pudding for a few days now....
so having bought a bag of small Brioche Rolls with my shopping yesterday ....I decided today to have a shot at making the B&B pudding with them......
and it is absolutely gorgeous......!
it's already gone.....having only made a small amount (half the recipe) in case it wasn't nice.....
I'm sorry now....may have to make the rest tomorrow...!
Nothing special really...just a good handful of dried fruit and a serious grating of Nutmeg on top.....but the Brioche bread made all the difference.....
Lifted it from 'ordinary' to 'Gourmet'.....!

Kitty didn't get any of this!!!!!
He was thrilled with all the lovely comments yesterday about him eating his toast.......!!
