White Pepper

Yesterday on our way home after golfing, we went to our favorite market—H Mart in Federal way. We had early dinner there and bought 15 lb green peppers. This morning, after putting washed peppers in boiling water for 30 second, I placed them under the sun. Several hours later they become white.
