Saved......!!

For the moment anyway....’James’ is upright and secured as best we could..I had to cut quite a few branches off to lessen the weight and the extra photo is of the almost full bucket of petals that came from the dead-heading of the blooms...
I put the bucket in the glass house and the scent is amazing ...although ‘James’ is quite mild scented....thousands of petals together are lovely..!
If there’d been a wedding I would have had ready made rose petal confetti...:))
Another dull dreary day with a chill NE wind but brightening into a lovely evening...!
