Traffic jam on the A14 road in Cambridgeshire

We're driving up to Derbyshire to see our daughter and grandchildren. We often notice that we see a queue of traffic on the other side (that's always preferable!) and haven't seen the cause! (This one, however, was due to roadworks.) Extra photo shows one of two similarly designed bridges on the new stretch of the A14 - and some interesting clouds.
