Wild

Up early after a night out in a tent in the garden with Son #2.

We drove to Clevedon, I hopped out and ran 5km before ending up at the Marine Pool where Son #2 and I had a swim. He had his wetsuit on and I just made do with my skin and a pair of trunks.

Suitably refreshed, we walked along the front to get some breakfast before heading back.

Bit of a slow day since then but just watching the last bit of today's Tour de France.
