Progress

I got these plug plants from Gardeners World. They arrived in the tiny containers, that are sitting on the edge at the back of the picture. We were away, so they sat on the mat unwatered for 4 days. I potted them up into the larger tray and today, almost 4 weeks later, they have moved into the bigger trays.
Remarkable they have all survived!!! 

I’m trying to be good and use peat free compost, but I’m not impressed with the stuff that I’ve bought. It’s full of big fibrous chunks which don’t fit into the trays. I might have to do a bit of research to get a small supply of finer compost.
