Self Care Together 27 - Stop to Listen

Always know when there is a Kat in the garden with the bird alarm calls. Mrs Blackbird has a different chirp as she has her second nest brood in the beech hedge. Mr Blackbird squawks & flaps between the tree & whirligig. Pigeons flap away to the big tree.

Trying to chill but finding it hard today, thinking too much but no action of occupying the body & mind.

Tonight's sunset in Edinburgh was lovely to watch the range of colours of gold to oranges to pinks to reds. So lucky to have a window facing northerly, although quite often aware of the reflections of colour on the trees & buildings out the south view.
