The Softness of Summer

B and I walked the circular route around the Bayfield Estate.  B posted a lovely shot of foxgloves https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2855495809485506996 but for some reason Blip will only load 99% of my photo of them so I've decided to post a photo of a field of barley with some summer grasses in the foreground.  It was a dull, overcast day with a little drizzle here and there but that created a soft light which in many ways was better than the contrast of bright sunlight.
