Bee Bum!

We were meant to walk again today to keep up with the training but I just wasn't in the mood. So we took it easy and went to Trentham instead. I've managed an insect a day for the last week as part of National Insect Week, and it was a bonanza of bees today.

It's fascinating to watch which bees prefer which plants. The red-tailed bumble bees were partial to these geraniums, even down to the flower's colour.
