Lamb Chops
Sous vide lamb loin chops, and squash noodles. Wine: Finca Bacara Jumilla Chopo 2018.
Odd red wine blends is becoming a theme lately. This one is 80% Monastrell (Mourvèdre) and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. It improves a bit on opening up, though... meh.
