Vaccinated....

So this morning I went to the clinic with 3 colleagues to get the second vaccine. We got in a queue with about 6 people ahead of us. The clinic was full of other patients so social distancing was quite an issue.

As we waited a group of guys came in and they started to be seen before us. When we asked why, we were told they were a football team and were
flying out today so they had priority. One guy behind us was a doctor and he became angry and challenged what was going on. Eventually after much debate both from the health workers and the football team, we were taken first. It was all a bit chaotic so I was glad when we got out!! I have since heard that medical staff are being bribed and some people are getting a first vaccine when it’s only those requiring the second vaccine are supposed to go now. There is the possibility that some people may not get the second vaccine if this is the case.

It seems people are now afraid as we have so many deaths these days and there is panic to get the vaccine! I am thankful!
