New Book... Old Beer!!

So since I have been told that I may have Asthma as a probable result of having Covid last year, I began chatting to folk regarding the issue.

One of my friends suggested this book "The Oxygen Advantage" and how the author overcame asthma and is described today as a Breathing Specialist of respiratory issues.

So I'll have a read... Look at the exercises that are described and I'll see whether it makes any difference or not.

And in the meantime I'll also enjoy this "old skool" beer.
