Year 2 Day 99 of UK COVID-19 Pandemic.  First UK Vaccine 205 days ago. UK open. Minor restrictions. Overseas travel seriously restricted.

We had granddaughter Amelia stay overnight and getting her ready to go out this morning she wanted her hair platted. In between Mrs BB and her doll she was 'central' - this weeks W-I-D-E  Wednesday Challenge theme.  The eagle eyes blippers might notice the 'central' part of her nose, done yesterday in a fall at pre-school!  The extra is a close up of it.

Getting home from the park, my dad was sat outside. He's staying the night (his first stay here) to see the stonework of our extension which the  builders are working on.  Whilst Mrs BB returned Amelia to school, I took dad on a tour of the area.

We treating him to a meal and a drink out this evening. Nothing lavish - a visit to Wetherspoons - of which he's also a fan!
