Wide Wednesday - Central

My image for Wide Wednesday is of a poppy. And Central to the flower is the seed head. It was facinating watching a bumble bee yesterday burrowing deep into the flower to reach the pollen.

Have spent most of the afternoon gardening. It was very hot out there, now at 6pm it is 24'C out side. I have done some hoeing and deadheading, it is amazing how much catching up needs doing after being away for a week.

Had an Interval Class this morning, and that was a shock to the system!!! Although I got some exercise last week, it wasn't so intense. First live class on Friday in the local hall.
