Notes: Started the day with a cool-ish quiet run in cloudy sunrise. Another low-key work day. Had soaked chickpeas overnight - transferred to crock pot for couple hrs and then made a fresh batch of hummus. Turned out well and had another great wrap for dinner. More wonderful afternoon storms going into early evening ... and more amazing cool breezes came with it. Have gotten back into popcorn as a snack and loving it! Cooking on the stove in coconut oil.
