Swimming in sunshine

This frog live together with one or two salamanders in my deep well which I use to water my garden.  

I always wonder how it's possible for them to survive there and how the frog manage to get up.  Today the frog visited the goldfishes and seeing those incredible long legs it gave some sense that the steep walls in the well is no challenge!
