Chillin'

Saw my granddaughters today for the first time in a month (that put a smile on my face) and had a lovely catch up with my son. There wasn't much left of the afternoon once they'd left but I squeezed a very quick trip into town and was very pleased with how much I achieved in a short space of time. 

Life is feeling less pressured now - I'm sleeping better than I have done in a long time and am generally feeling more relaxed :)
