From My Perspective

Beautiful damselflies are in abundance now and a favourite for photography. I’m no different and have taken several today, particularly enjoying the delicate detail of their wings.

But what I really love is when they turn and look me in the eye. ‘Don’t push it!’ they seem to say as I get closer. But I do, closer and closer, until they say ‘that’s close enough, madam’ and fly off to find a more peaceful spot.
