Day 464 - Hamish and Aird an Iasgaich

Sunday!

Up early and packing. 
Left just after 9 am to go to Armadale and catch the ferry to Mallaig.
Strolled a bit in Mallaig and went for a mediocre coffee then hit the road via the scenic route along the beaches in Morar and via Arisaig.
It was lovely.
I wanted to check into Glenuig and since I had spoken to Allan yesterday I know that the A$$ had finally left GlenuigInn and there were new local owners! What a relief after all those years with this horrible owner!
I did a wee detour to Sean Lag before going into Glenuig Inn for some lunch.
Then we went to see Allans house in Smirisary (Extra) and found some true paradise!!!
It was so beautiful, quiet and peaceful!!
I loved it.
We walked all around to Smirisary and went back to the start at Hamishes House.
Allan had asked me to call and see if Hamish is ok. 
So we were a surprise visit and sat in his kitchen for a coffee.
I hd not seen Hamish for many many years. It was so nice to catch up!!
We left far too late and were hungry. So we stopped at Glenfinnan House for dinner!
It is such an amazing place and the food is fantastic!!
Then we cintinued our way home with a short stop in Corpach to admire Ben Nevis.

We were home at 1 am and quite exhausted ......
