The Walnut Whip or Brown T

My first visit to the newly opened St James Quarter. As shopping centres go, this is as good as any, but I do worry what damage its existence will do to Princes & George Street. Has there ever been a shopping centre that has not milked business from the neighbouring high street to the latter’s detriment ?
