St.Ayles skiff - Chanonry Maid

A marvellous day for rowing, so we rounded Chanonry point and rowed up to Rosemarkie, pulled the skiff up the beach for tea and ice creams at the community beach cafe. The wind had picked up a little more on the way back, but it was superbly calm once back inside Chanonry point for a quick, tide-assisted, row back to Fortrose harbour.

We saw no dolphins at the point, but seals popped up a few times, just to check out what was happening above the surface.
