Egg

Hmmm … we are perplexed by this. While clearing out an old potato bag G found this egg buried in the soil. It isn’t a bird’s egg … could it be a snake egg? I think Scotland only has adders … but our garden is completely walled and we’re in a city?! Reinstated with protection to stop the fox from digging it up.

Any ideas?
