Proclaimers

This photo was taken 6 years ago today. When Jamie was wee he was obsessed with The Proclaimers. He was too young for a proper concert but we discovered they were doing an open air concert in the Botanic Gardens in Sheffield. I emailed their manager to ask if they could possibly give him a wee shout out and he invited us to go along in the afternoon for the soundcheck! They were lovely guys who had lots of time to chat with Jamie and they dedicated “500 Miles” to him! It was a very special night.
