Shepherd + his Dog

This lovely 2.7 metre steel profile acknowledges the worlds first recorded dog trials in 1867 in the Cardrona Valley Road near Wanaka. Dog trials are very popular in NZ.
It makes a wonderful silhouette against the winter sky, and is near the start of the Mount Iron walking track.
