Housewarming

Had to include this image of both sons and the youngest son's partner at their garden housewarming. It was a long, hard, struggle signing for the house mainly as a result of the total incompetence of the bank and the solicitors. Let's just say the same errors were made 10 times.
However, they are now in and all the pain has been forgotten.
Luckily, the sun stayed out for the gathering. Hopefully, a good omen for the years ahead.
