Croix de Chaux

A big hike up to the cross today. This is the highest point of Gryon ski area at 2000m. We can see it from our bathroom! A great place to sit on top of the world. We returned part of the way down by telecabine so kinder on the joints.
Treated ourselves to lunch out and after lots of admin and packing are watching a bit of Wimbledon. Out to a tennis social tonight - doubles play followed by a drink.
