Philadelphus

I love white flowers and the bush to the left of the Philadelphus (which is called snow in summer) has just faded with white flowers too. They have both benefitted from more light since we got the big ugly conifer cut down last August. Only thing it was good for was for shedding and housing nesting pigeons (boke). There is another philadelphus near the patio doors and a big Hebe bush next to it also white that the bees love. Then there is a big white antirrhinum on its second year of living.

It was a day of rain, something we’ve not had a for a while. Yuk!
