Tiny Tuesday 319 :: TT319 :: Pinhead Flowers

I have a Butler sink on my patio housing an alpine garden. I know the name of most of the plants but have forgotten the name of this miniature tree like one. It is covered in these flower buds, each just the size of a pinhead.
