Money down the drain?

The county council is rumoured to have splashed out an eye-watering amount of cash on the new water feature that they unveiled today just outside Salthill & Monkstown DART station. Liquidity certainly is no issue for that gang. 
As always, this is likely to split the community. The art enthusiasts will be gushing about this new initiative while the dry shites will say that it is just money down the drain. 

In other news - good news - I am now certain that my fancy waterproof cycling bag is, well... waterproof.
