Wool Carder Bees

I think these are Wool Carder Bees, although I’m sure someone will correct me if I’m wrong, and I believe they’re just about to mate again having just go it on a minute or so before, although that may have been a different female. The male (flying) spent all day buzzing about protecting it’s territory and seeing off, what appeared to be, random other bees, but not this one on the flower who he sidled up to and chatted up.
