Wild!

Thank you all for your lovely concern yesterday. It was a bad day yesterday, but hey that’s life taking the very rough with the smooth. So nothing has changed, but I was out with my Sister this morning and that definitely helped, then my swim mate today gave me the best of hugs, before we swam together, so chat, giggles, swim and hugs all help.
I am enjoying the ‘Wild Hedgerows’ at the moment, it was drizzly when I took this, this morning, but this afternoon was so much better.
